What is Anger
by What Makes Me Mad ~ August 22nd, 2009. Filed under: Mad, Mad, Mad, anger. What is Anger
Emotion is a property that everyone has. It makes people emotionally happy, sad, delighted, surprised, disappointed, and so on. angry is one of them that can be often found inside human, and it is usually referred to as an emotion called anger, which is not a very welcoming set of feelings and it is good to avoid being showing your temper too frequently.
It is totally normal for a person to feel angry. With certain unhappy events happening or so around him or her, it is a form of expression showing that he or she is being intimidated by unhappy events or person around them. An expression of anger may vary depending on how serious that particular event that caused it, and also will determine which type of anger they possesses.
Different levels of anger varies through the different levels of events happened. It can go from very light anger such as a silence barrier, or going to a heated argument, or rage. It is a state when certain factors causes your mind to give you signals that you do not worth what the event is all about, thus giving you physical signs such as adrenaline rush, faster heartbeat, and other heated up features.

Causing anger is not hard. A simple tick off by one of your colleagues in your workplace that have influenced your hard work, or being back stabbed by one of your close friends. These are the easiest way to get the ball running in your heart to be angry. Frustration is also another form of anger that is popular nowadays, which is often caused by growing pressure found in urban people where city life is a race of work everyday.
There are two main groups of anger, which has their own separate types in the grouping. Aggressive anger is one of them, often relating you to cursing, destructing, threats, direct harm, or others. As the name says, aggressive anger usually comes after a series of unhappy events like arguments, ideas that clashed between two people, opinions which are not the same, and so on. It will also come with expression filled with unpleasant actions or words, and may cause physical damage to items or people.
Another group is passive anger, which appears to be called the ‘good’ anger. Why is it called the good one is because that this type of anger does not cause serious physical or emotional injury. To see how a passive anger is, usually it is related to personal events like being left out from the group of friends, struggling to be accepted by a new group of colleagues, being complained about a certain service in work. These are the problems and normally it reflects who you are and it is a good chance to improve yourself based on the passive anger you possess in you.
Although it is not a good thing to be angry always, it is still unavoidable in our daily life. Psychiatrists found out that it is normal to release your stress via anger expression, but knowing when to do that and limiting yourself to what you do is a good way of making yourself comfortable without hurting people around. This is a good way to manage anger if it creeps up from the inner you again.
Keeping yourself angry all the time is not a good thing. Learning to forget what has happened in the past will definitely help in future anger management issues.
